The best way to save it is to put your mouse over the link below that says "Right-Click HERE To Download The Pages" and click your RIGHT mouse button. You'll get a menu that appears, asking what you want to do.

It probably looks like this:

Select "Save Target As..." to save the pages to your computer. This way, you can read it whenever you want.
